Sarah Browning uses painting, mixed media and cut paper to explore themes of survival and nurturance.
Specializing in garden
art, history-through-art, watercolor and collage classes, she enjoys working with family groups, children and adults engaged in creative projects and interdisciplinary studies.
Sarah's current offerings include classes at Village Green Perennial Nursery,
Southwest Community Center's Family Learning Program, and Temple De
Hirsch Sinai; with experience teaching at the Alki Bathhouse Art Studio, Three Tree
Montessori, Seattle Jewish Community School, and the Seattle Children's
Museum.
She is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, and her art has been featured on the covers
of online journal
